EXPERIENCES
A collection of dining experiences, installations and collaborative projects that bring together food, storytelling and human connection.
Each experience is designed to create moments of curiosity, conversation and lasting memory.
Crowded Spaces was an immersive exhibition exploring the invisible forces that shape our lives.
Through sculpture, installation, food and audience participation, the project examined themes of pressure, identity, prejudice, desire and belonging.
The exhibition invited visitors to navigate a landscape where chaos and harmony existed simultaneously, revealing the unseen tensions often hidden beneath everyday life.
Crowded Spaces
An immersive dining experience inspired by the relationship between memory, place and sensory perception.
Created for Vivara, the evening brought together a multi-course menu and carefully considered storytelling elements that encouraged guests to engage with food beyond taste alone. Drawing influence from Japanese aesthetics and the rituals surrounding dining, the experience explored how flavour, atmosphere and narrative can shape the way we remember a moment.
Through a balance of precision and playfulness, Vivara Tokyo invited guests into a temporary world where food became a vehicle for connection, reflection and discovery.
Vivara Tokyo
A collaborative dining experience exploring creativity, conversation and shared experience.
Designed around the belief that food can act as a catalyst for connection, the event brought together guests from diverse backgrounds around a single table. Seasonal ingredients, thoughtful presentation and an intimate atmosphere encouraged dialogue and participation throughout the evening.
The project focused not only on what was served, but on the relationships formed around the table, transforming dining into a collective experience rather than a passive one.
Ces Enfants
A multi-sensory dining concept exploring the intersection of food, art and storytelling.
Developed as an immersive experience, Aethos invited guests to engage with a sequence of dishes designed to evoke emotion, curiosity and reflection. The experience blurred the boundaries between restaurant, exhibition and performance, using food as a medium for narrative.
Each course became part of a larger story, encouraging guests to move beyond consumption and become active participants in the experience itself.
